Dr. Daniele Levy, PhD, MBA, TEAM-CBT Master Clinician

Dr. Daniele Levy is a Stanford-trained licensed clinical psychologist whose background uniquely combines leading edge training in behavioral sciences with deep expertise coaching and mentoring working professionals in dynamic organizations.  Together, these perspectives inform her warm, collaborative, and effective care in adult mental health.

Dr. Levy specializes in providing cognitive and behavioral therapy (CBT) to adults struggling with an array of emotional and interpersonal concerns including stress, anxiety, depression, work problems, insomnia, and relationship difficulties.  She employs empirically validated treatments to deliver meaningful symptom reduction through brief interventions.  She is a Level 5 Master Clinician and Trainer in TEAM-CBT, an innovative framework for delivering evidence-based psychotherapy developed by Stanford University’s Dr. David Burns, and is trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
